Voi TechnologyAre you ready to lead warehouse operations, drive performance and ensure top service for our end users? This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning across multiple warehouses.Responsibilities

Supervise and drive high performance in warehouse teams, fostering teamwork and belonging across all warehouses.Maintain best-in-class scooter standards by coordinating with the team to deliver the highest service to end users.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and structure field and warehouse workflows, including shift planning, performance follow-up, and implementing standard operating procedures.Hands-on maintenance and repairs of vehicles to ensure high quality, extend vehicle lifetime and minimise costs.Act as a safety role model and create/maintain a safe work environment. Manage all warehouse personnel.Be the point of contact for external parties (e.g., 3PLs, landlords, staffing agencies, local business associations).Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to screen and interview new team members, own onboarding, and train them on in-field and warehouse tasks.Requirements

3+ years of previous work experience, including experience from managing teamsGeneral knowledge of digital work tools (MS Office, G Suite, ERP systems) and data tools (e.g., Tableau)Proven track record in driving performanceIdeally startup experienceStakeholder managementStrong understanding of business management, financial and leadership principlesExcellent communication skills, leadership training and conflict resolution abilitiesA valid UK driver''s licenseWhy Voi
