Site Supervisor - Water / Utilities

Site Supervisor Location: Falmer or Chatham Contractual Hours: 45 hours per week Working Area: Kent, Sussex and Hampshire Sector: Water and Civil Engineering The Vacancy We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for coordinating site teams and subcontractors, managing labour, plant and materials, and ensuring all works are completed in accordance with design, quality, health and safety, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Site Agents, Project Managers and other stakeholders, you will monitor progress, resolve issues as they arise, maintain accurate site records and drive productivity, whilst maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance. Please note: The contractual location for this role can be Falmer or Chatham. Our projects are based across Kent, Sussex and Hampshire, and you will be required to travel to and attend sites within these areas on a daily basis. The contractual hours for this position are 45 hours per week.
