SITE SUPERVISOR - CONSTRUCTION / WATER and WASTEWATERSalary: Up to 65,000 + Package Professional ProfileExperienced and motivated Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction and utilities, particularly within water and wastewater environments. Proven ability to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. Confident providing hands-on leadership across busy construction sites, with responsibility for labour, plant, materials, site documentation, health and safety, quality control and productivity. Strong communicator who works effectively with Site Agents, Project Managers, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requirements. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and operatives to maintain productivity and high standards of workmanship. Manage labour, plant, materials and site resources effectively. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved designs, specifications, method statements and relevant regulations. Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, environmental and quality requirements. Monitor site progress and identify potential delays, risks and operational issues.
