Site Supervisor - Groundworks and Civil Engineering Location: Harborne Salary: £280 - £300 per day (CIS) We are looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor with the potential to step up into a Site Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong groundworks background who is looking to progress their career within a growing business. The Role You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. The role will involve close coordination of site teams, subcontractors, and materials, with a clear pathway into site management. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site activities across groundworks packages Oversee concrete works, drainage, and utility installations Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards Maintain high levels of health and safety compliance on site Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively Support the Site Manager and step into a leadership role when required Experience Required Strong background in groundworks and civil engineering Hands-on experience with: Concrete works Sewage pipes and drainage Water supplies and pipe replacement Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role Requirements SSSTS or SMSTS 3-Day First Aid Certificate Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment What''s on Offer £280 - £300 per day (depending on ..... full job details .....
