About the Role

RGB seeks an experienced Site Supervisor for a major highways project in Bedfordshire. This contract role, circa 18 months, starts in the first week of February, paying £26.00–£29.00 per hour. Reporting to the General Foreman, the successful candidate will oversee a site team of 20–30 operatives, deliver detailed toolbox talks and daily briefings, maintain health and safety standards, and support programme delivery and site productivity. Applicants must hold SSSTS or SMSTS certification and demonstrate proven experience supervising highways works. Strong communication and site leadership skills are essential for coordinating the workforce effectively. The position offers a long-term engagement on a significant infrastructure scheme.
