Site Supervisor - HS2 ProjectWe are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major HS2 infrastructure project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil engineering, with extensive experience supervising bulk earthworks operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.Essential RequirementsProven experience supervising bulk earthworks on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.Previous experience working on major infrastructure projects (HS2 experience is highly desirable).Valid CSCS Gold Supervisor Card.SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.EUSR Categories 1 and 2 (Utilities Avoidance).Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site compliance.Ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Candidate ProfileDemonstrable steady employment history, showing commitment and longevity within previous roles.Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to site supervision.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Able to work collaboratively with site management, engineers, and the wider project team.Only candidates who meet the above essential criteria will be considered. ..... full job details .....
