This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced caretaker, facilities professional, or maintenance operative who takes pride in providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management, maintenance and security of the school site.Key Responsibilities Opening and securing the school premises each dayCarrying out routine maintenance and minor repairsEnsuring the school grounds and buildings are clean, safe and well maintainedConducting health and safety checks and reporting any concernsManaging contractors and supporting site-related projectsMonitoring site security, alarms and access arrangementsAssisting with room setups for school events and activitiesSupporting compliance with health and safety regulations The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience in a caretaker, site supervisor, facilities, maintenance or estates roleGood practical maintenance and DIY skillsKnowledge of health and safety proceduresExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to work independently and use initiativeStrong communication skills and a professional approachA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why Join Coba Education? ..... full job details .....
