Site Supervisor - Civil Engineering and RemediationUp to £45,000 per annumPermanent ScotlandWe are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of civil engineering, remediation, earthworks and enabling works projects across Scotland.The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, maintain site records and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.The RoleResponsibilities will include: Supervising direct labour, subcontractors and daily site activities. Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager with project delivery. Coordinating labour, plant, materials and site resources. Delivering site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings. Ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with RAMS. Monitoring productivity, quality and progress against the programme. Checking completed works against drawings and specifications. Maintaining accurate site diaries, timesheets, allocation sheets and inspection records. Reporting progress, delays, defects and site issues to management. Supporting permits, inspections and health and safety documentation. Ensuring operatives and subcontractors follow site procedures. Coordinating deliveries and maintaining safe, organised working areas. Assisting with snagging, completion and project handover.
