Civils Site Supervisor

CIVILS SITE SUPERVISOR POSITION : Civils Site Supervisor LOCATION : Glasgow - South . SALARY AND BENEFITS : Up to £50k +OT after 40 hours , plus van and fuel card, pension. THE ROLE : This role will suit a Civils Site Supervisor with a strong background in civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure, ideally with experience working around substations, electrical infrastructure or other technically complex sites. Projects typically run for around three months before moving onto the next site, so you''ll need to be comfortable travelling throughout Scotland. As Civils Site Supervisor, you''ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of civil engineering works associated with substation and utility infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising civils teams, subcontractors and site activities Managing day-to-day civils works on substation and infrastructure projects Coordinating excavation, foundations, drainage, ducting, concrete and reinstatement works Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements Managing site activities to programme and identifying potential delays or issues Coordinating interfaces between civils, electrical and other project disciplines Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks and ensuring site teams work safely Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to the required standard Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and client ..... full job details .....
