The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out works, along with specific experience in the construction of transport buildings, including bus and train stations. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on-site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly. Lead site inductions and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee subcontractors and tradesmen, ensuring work is completed to the required quality and within deadlines. Monitor project progress, update management, and handle any on-site issues. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that the work complies with specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Manage on-site logistics and ensure the site is safe and well-organised at all times. Conduct regular site inspections and audits. Requirements: Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
