Site Supervisor - Kitchens and Bathrooms

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong trade background to oversee Kitchens & Bathrooms projects and wider refurbishment works. You''ll play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations while ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety compliance.

Coverage Area:

• You''ll be overseeing projects across Lambeth and Croydon, managing multiple sites within these boroughs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring full Health & Safety compliance including scaffold inspections and adherence to all legislation
• Supervise and motivate teams of skilled tradespeople across Kitchens & Bathrooms and wider refurbishment projects
• Conduct pre-start checks, work area set-up, scaffold inspections, and post-completion inspections
• Deliver toolbox talks, safe start meetings, and comprehensive risk assessments
• Liaise with clients, residents, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track progress against KPIs and provide regular reports to the Contracts Manager
• Provide on-site guidance and support for both internal teams and subcontractors

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Valid CSCS card
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Strong background in Kitchens & Bathrooms refurbishment
• Proven experience supervising multi-trade teams across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Trade background strongly preferred
