Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support day-to-day repairs within a social housing environment. Based in Redditch, with responsibility for managing operatives and subcontractors across planned and reactive works.

• Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties
• Managing a team of operatives and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are completed to programme and within agreed timescales
• Monitoring quality of work and ensuring high standards are maintained
• Upholding health & safety compliance across all sites
• Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing
• Experience managing both operatives and subcontractors on repairs/maintenance works
• Must pass a Basic DBS check
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Valid Gold CSCS 
• Full UK driving licence

• £22.58p/h CIS
• 8 month contract, with possibility of extension
• Company van and fuel card 
• Immediate start available
