Site Supervisor

We''re currently recruiting a Site Supervisor with a sound understanding of commercial new builds to support a large project in Gloucester. 1 month initially.

Site Supervisor skills and requirements:

• SSSTS Qualification
• First Aid Qualification
• 3 Years Foreman/ Supervisor experience
• Proven site experience on commercial projects including groundworks & externals.
• Proven experience of site operating systems i.e Toolbox talks, RAMS, DABS, Work Programs and Health & Safety compliance

The role will involve:

• Working with the Site Management team to ensure the safe operation of contractors.
• Completing site inductions for all new site personnel and carry out toolbox talks
• Maintaining safety standards, ensuring site personnel are operating in a safe working manner.
• Reporting any issues back to the management team
