Site Services Manager

A Site Services Manager will take responsibility for maintaining, repairing and supporting all utilities, facilities and services for an established Technology Company. You ll bring a wide range of practical skills across multiple building services as well as proven experience of managing a site including people management. This Site Services Manager role will be fully on-site. A competitive salary will be offered up to C£55K plus numerous benefits including 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, 10% Company pension contributions and more. The ideal Site Services Manager will bring: Proven experience of Managing a site with knowledge of HandS Compliance, building and fire regulations etc. Electrician qualification (ideally) together with a good understanding and experience of building services systems such as heating systems, HVAC, water treatment and security systems. The ability to maintain site records. Experience of overseeing varied maintenance and installation projects.
