Location: Saffron Walden (CB10)Type: PermanentHours: 7am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: Up to -55,000 depending on experienceJob Reference: 36269Polytec are looking for an experienced Site Services Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance and smooth operation of a busy manufacturing site for our client based near Saffron Walden .This hands-on role is responsible for managing site facilities, utilities, and services, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. You will lead a small team, coordinate contractors, oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, manage improvement projects and take ownership of the Site Services budget and purchasing.Responsibilities- Manage site facilities, utilities and building services- Lead preventative and reactive maintenance activities- Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire and building regulations- Coordinate contractors and site improvement projects- Manage the Site Services budget and purchasing- Maintain site records and lead a small maintenance teamRequirements- Electrical qualifications with broad maintenance and installation experience- Previous experience managing site services or facilities within a manufacturing or industrial environment- Knowledge of building services, including HVAC, heating, water treatment, compressed air, fire safety and security systems- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approachPlease contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
