Our client is a leading, upmarket residential property investment and development company, and they are currently looking to recruit a Site Sales Negotiator to join the team. They are a well-established and respected business, and they are now looking for a proactive, customer-focused Site Sales Negotiator to manage the pipeline and lead sales for their premier development in Staines-upon-Thames. Operating directly from their on-site sales office, you will handle a mix of direct-to-consumer marketing and external estate agent management to achieve a target sales rate of 3 completions per month. This role blends traditional property sales progression with proactive digital lead management and tenancy transition coordination.
