The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will: Conduct property viewings across Prime Central London Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Register and qualify new applicants Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers Keep vendors updated throughout the sales process Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to completion Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve targets Sales Negotiator Requirements: Previous experience within residential property, ideally in sales, although lettings experience will also be considered Passion for the property industry and delivering excellent customer service Strong communication and negotiation skills Organised with excellent attention to detail Hard-working, self-motivated, and target-driven Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team Knowledge of the Prime Central London market would be advantageous but is not essential Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm One Saturday per month ..... full job details .....
