Key Responsibilities* Define and manage service-level indicators and service-level objectives, with meaningful alerts and dashboards.* Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis and the delivery of permanent corrective actions.* Build automation to reduce manual operational effort and improve service reliability.* Implement monitoring, logging, metrics and telemetry to provide clear service visibility.* Automate operational run books, recovery procedures and routine support activities.* Improve system availability, scalability, resilience, security and performance.* Collaborate with application, cloud, platform, security and operations teams to improve production readiness.* Support continuous delivery by promoting reliable deployment, rollback and release practices.* Share technical knowledge and guide engineering teams in adopting consistent reliability practiceKey Skills/knowledge/experience: * Technical expertise in coding using Python, Java or Bash* Cloud computing ..... full job details .....
