This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring the premises are opened and prepared each morning, safety checks are completed, and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.This role would suit someone practical, organised, and confident working independently while also supporting the wider school team when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Site Officer / Caretaker, you will be expected to:Carry out key holder duties, including opening the school site each morningComplete daily water checks in line with health and safety proceduresUndertake basic DIY, maintenance, and emergency repairs where requiredCarry out alarm checks and respond appropriately to site issuesMaintain site security, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe and secureSupport with general upkeep of the premises to a high standardReport any hazards, damages, or concerns promptlyRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Previous experience in a caretaker, site officer, maintenance, or facilities roleGood ..... full job details .....
