We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our clients team in Glouscester for an office and factory fit out. Day rate: 350 per day. Contract length: 18 weeks starting 5th Jan - potentially longer. Scope of work includes: - Office and factory demo / strip out. - MandE installations including gas, AC, ventilation, lighting and power. - Civils including crane base foundations. - Interior and exterior cladding. - Office fit out package including joinery, flooring, glazing, plumbing etc. - Factory fit out package including new RSD''s, whitewalls, floor coastings etc. Living local to the job would be ideal but not essential as accomodation would be paid. ..... full job details .....
