Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a DRIVE-THRU project commencing in January. The successful candidate will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities for the refurbishment works Coordinate subcontractors and trades Ensure HandS compliance and maintain site documentation Monitor progress and report to the project lead Oversee quality control and resolve site issues promptly Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial/refurb projects Strong understanding of construction HandS regulations SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates Ability to manage teams and maintain a well-organised site Good communication and reporting skills This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
