Site Manager High-Spec Residential and Heritage Location: Rutland Sector: High-Spec Residential / Heritage Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Employment: Contract We are currently working with a local, boutique and multiple award-winning property developer and bespoke housebuilder who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team on an exciting high-spec residential project in Rutland. The project is a unique opportunity to be involved in the refurbishment and transformation of a Grade II Listed building, alongside the delivery of exceptional-quality residential works. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards expected by the business and its clients. You will work closely with the Project Manager, design team, subcontractors and specialist trades, coordinating the programme and ensuring quality, compliance and workmanship are maintained throughout. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day activities on site from mobilisation through to completion. Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers. Managing programmes, sequencing and short-term planning. Maintaining exceptional standards of quality and workmanship.
