Job Profile for Site Manager CF47632Our client is seeking a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks, and general construction. This role would suit either an experienced Site Manager or a capable Foreman/General Foreman looking to take the next step into site management.The ideal candidate will have extensive practical site experience and a solid understanding of drainage, utilities, concrete works, foundations, earthworks, and infrastructure projects. They will be confident leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.We''re looking for a proactive individual who leads by example, communicates effectively with the wider project team and stakeholders, and has the ability to identify and resolve site challenges before they impact delivery or programme.
