Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial refurbishment project in Wellingborough.

The Role

• Managing builders'' work to the existing building fabric
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
• Maintaining programme and quality standards
• Liaising with the project team and reporting progress

Requirements

• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within industrial or commercial environments
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Available to start immediately
