Site Manager – Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms)
Location: Northampton
Rate: £32.42 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Ongoing

We''re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a planned maintenance programme focused on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within occupied residential properties.

This is an ongoing contract offering a competitive hourly rate, ideal for someone with a strong background in social housing planned works who can ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality and programme targets are met.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
• Liaise with tenants, client representatives and the wider project team to maintain excellent communication throughout the programme.
• Ensure site documentation, RAMS and permits are completed and maintained.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing planned maintenance or refurbishment projects within social housing.
• Strong background delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
• SMSTS, White or Black CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
