Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

with a strong background in

fit-out works , ideally with joinery experience, to oversee the refurbishment of a commercial shop. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of the fit-out project

Supervising trades and subcontractors, particularly joinery teams

Ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget

Coordinating site logistics and materials

Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance

Reporting progress to project managers and stakeholders

Managing snagging and handover at project completion

Resolving site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Site Manager

on commercial fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of restaurant/retail fit-outs preferred

Valid

SMSTS / SSSTS

qualification

First Aid certificate (preferred)

CSCS card (Black/Gold or relevant manager level)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple trades
