Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing (South of Aberdeen)

Location: South of Aberdeen
Contract: Temporary - Until March 2026
Start Date: ASAP


We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a residential new build site located south of Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected contractor on a well-organised site running until March next year.

Role Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in the daily running of the site

Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure works are delivered to schedule

Monitor health & safety and ensure site compliance

Support quality control, site inspections and snagging

Liaise with suppliers, site operatives, and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

CSCS Card

SMSTS Certification

First Aid at Work

Proven new build residential experience

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to hit the ground running
