Site Manager - Commercial Fit Out Location:BristolSalary: £45,000+ depending on experienceContract: 6 Months - Potential to Become PermanentWorking Pattern: Full Time / Site-Based and HybridThe Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established, family-run construction business specialising in high-quality commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments.This is a key position within the Projects team, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out projects and ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to an exceptional standard.The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised and confident managing subcontractors, site teams and project logistics while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and the wider project team.The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day running and coordination of construction sites. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries and site logistics. Managing workforce and ensuring works remain aligned with the project programme. Carrying out daily quality inspections and driving a snag-free approach. Identifying and resolving buildability, sequencing and logistical issues. Providing regular updates to the Project Manager on progress, risks and variations. Conducting site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks.
