Site Manager

Location: Cheltenham Job Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 9 Months Start Date: ASAP ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a 9-month care home project in Cheltenham. We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong background in main contracting and new-build construction to manage the day-to-day delivery of the project. The Role Managing the day-to-day running of the site Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Managing site logistics and programme Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management Managing health and safety and site documentation Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager Strong main contracting background New-build experience Care home, healthcare or residential experience is desirable SMSTS CSCS First Aid Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures Experience managing subcontractors and site teams This is a 9-month freelance opportunity based in Cheltenham.
