We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a -1.5m industrial refurbishment project in Wokingham, commencing Monday 13th July.

This is a full refurbishment scheme including:

• Roof refurbishment

• Internal strip-out

• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

• Decorating and finishing works

• Full site management from start to completion

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Proven experience delivering industrial refurbishment projects

• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

• Ability to manage programmes and coordinate multiple trades

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work

• Excellent health & safety knowledge

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Immediate start - Monday 13th July

• 16 weeks of work
