This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Site Manager, with a primary focus on overseeing all site documentation and managing site health and safety.Job Duties Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Oversee and maintain all site documentation, including site diaries, risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on site.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.Monitor site progress against the project programme and communicate updates to the project team.Support the resolution of any on-site issues or delays, escalating where necessary.Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.Assist with resource planning and allocation to ensure effective utilisation of labour and materials.Maintain clear communication channels between the site team and head ..... full job details .....
