Site Manager - CAT B Gym Fitout - Hove

I''m working with a contractor delivering a CAT B gym fitout in Hove and they''re looking for a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the project.

You''ll be managing subcontractors, coordinating trades and liaising directly with the end client to ensure the fitout is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

The Role:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades
• Liaising directly with the end client and project team
• Monitoring the programme and keeping works on track
• Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics
• Managing health & safety and site standards
• Monitoring quality and dealing with snagging
• Running site meetings and providing progress updates
• Working towards a smooth completion and handover

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on CAT A / CAT B fitout projects
• Experience within commercial, leisure or gym fitouts would be beneficial
• Strong subcontractor and client management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Available to start 21st September
