Site Manager

SITE MANAGER HOVE, BRIGHTON We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a £1m refurbishment project in Hove, starting late October / early November. The project involves the full strip-out and refit of an existing building, which is being converted into an SEN school. The project is expected to run for approximately 6 months, with the successful Site Manager overseeing the works from initial strip-out through to final handover. The role: Full site management from start to completion Overseeing strip-out, refurbishment and fit-out works Managing subcontractors and site labour Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard Coordinating trades and deliveries Working closely with the Project Manager and client Maintaining site records, RAMS and health and safety requirements Taking the project through to final handover Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment/fit-out projects Strong knowledge of health and safety and site management SMSTS CSCS First Aid Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience managing projects from start to finish Project: £1m refurbishment / SEN school conversion Location: Hove, Brighton Duration: Approx. 6 months Start: Late October / early November Interview: Teams interviews towards the end of next week If you''re an experienced Site Manager looking for a project where you''ll have full responsibility from start to finish, we''d like to ..... full job details .....
