Site Manager - Steel Location: LondonSalary: Up to 65,000 + BenefitsThe OpportunityWe are working with a rapidly growing, market-leading structural specialist delivering innovative steel across high-profile projects in sectors including infrastructure, commercial, and energy.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in both structural steel to join their expanding team.The RoleAs a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects on-site, managing both steel and timber structural elements from installation through to completion.You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations across steel and timber frame installationsManage subcontractors, labour, and site logisticsEnsure strict adherence to health and safety regulationsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and clientsMonitor programme, budgets, and quality standardsDrive productivity and resolve on-site challenges efficientlyRequirementsProven experience managing structural steel frame projectsStrong background delivering large-scale construction projectsCSCS Black Card (essential)Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project environmentsWhat''s on OfferCompetitive ..... full job details .....
