Site Manager

Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to work with a client who specialises in education, development, commercial and residential construction services. 

There is a strong pipeline of works with multiple sites across the London area. 

Candidate spec: 

• Experience (min. 3 years) as a number 1 on site
• Experience with education projects or ‘live’ environments
• Relevant qualifications/training (SMSTS, Construction First Aid, etc)
• Needs to be happy to commute to sites across London - company vehicle can be provided
• Enthusiastic, energetic, “can do” attitude
• Confident & assertive
• Good time management & ability to delegate
• Able to communicate well & build relationships with client, consultants, sub-contractors & other members of the team
• Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H&S paperwork
• Computer literate
• Experienced with MS project and able to write/adjust construction programmes and short-term trade specific programmes
• Proficient with Procore Software would be a plus
• Well organised, structured & independent
• Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it using a QA procedure
• Determined & tenacious
