Role OverviewRG Set Square are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager to oversee and deliver a high-quality construction project, with a strong focus on heritage and refurbishment works. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing site operations within the construction build sector and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management and DeliveryManage all day-to-day site operationsEnsure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to specificationCoordinate trades, labour, plant, and materials efficientlyMonitor progress and provide regular updates to senior managementLeadership and Team ManagementLead, motivate, and manage site teams to ensure productivity and high standardsSupervise subcontractors and ensure performance meets contractual and quality expectationsFoster a positive and safety-focused site cultureHealth and Safety ComplianceEnsure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company policiesDeliver and enforce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsMaintain accurate records of safety procedures and complianceCommunication and BriefingsCarry out toolbox talks, site inductions, and ongoing safety briefingsAct as the main point of contact on site for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholdersEnsure clear and effective communication across all project teamsQuality ..... full job details .....
