The Opportunity
We''re working with a leading data-centre fit-out contractor delivering high-spec CSA packages across mission-critical environments. They''re now looking for a CSA Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site delivery on a flagship Paris project-driving safety, programme, quality, and subcontractor performance from start through to handover.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across CSA fit-out works in a live project environment
• Manage the CSA interior package, typically including:
  • internal partitions/walls
  • structural ceilings
  • raised access flooring
  • hot aisle containment (HAC) / associated fit-out elements
• Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing to protect programme and quality
• Run site briefings/toolbox talks and maintain strong EHS standards
• Drive QA/QC and ensure works are completed to specification and inspection-ready
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation (digital site tools / ACC exposure beneficial)
• Communicate clearly with the wider project team and client stakeholders

Required Experience / Background

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering CSA fit-out / interiors works (data centres strongly preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of H&S, QA/QC, and site documentation controls
• Confident managing multiple subcontractors and fast-paced fit-out programmes
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-led approach
• Language: English required (French beneficial)
