SMSTS Site Manager - Ilford - 350 per dayWe are looking for an experienced SMSTS Site Manager with a strong general construction and MandE background for an NHS healthcare refurbishment project in Ilford.Details:Location: IlfordStart: 28/09/2026Rate: 350 per dayHours: 40 hours per week, Monday-FridayOvertime: AvailableWeekend/night work: Flexibility requiredParking: Free on siteResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure works are completed safely and to programmeCoordinate subcontractors and manage site teamsOversee construction and MandE worksMonitor quality, progress and health and safetyCarry out site inductions, toolbox talks and regular site inspectionsLiaise with the Principal Contractor, client and project teamManage deliveries, materials and site logisticsEnsure all site documentation and records are kept up to dateIdentify and resolve site issues promptlyEnsure works comply with drawings, specifications and project requirementsRequirements:SMSTS - essentialAsbestos AwarenessWorking at HeightsBasic DBS required, or must be able to pass a Basic DBS checkMechanical qualification / time-served mechanical background preferredPrevious experience working for a Principal Contractor highly desirableNHS/healthcare refurbishment experience advantageousAir Source Heat Pump installation experience highly desirableStrong general construction and MandE knowledgeLooking for a reliable, hands-on Site Manager who can manage subcontractors and coordinate ..... full job details .....
