Site Manager - Steel Frame Construction Location: South West London Salary: Competitive + Package Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Contract About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in steel frame construction to join their growing team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering a range of commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use steel frame projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site operations from mobilisation through to completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour. Ensure steel frame erection works are carried out safely and in accordance with programme requirements. Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management. Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and site inductions. Liaise with clients, consultants, structural engineers, and project teams. Manage site logistics, materials, and plant requirements. Identify and resolve construction issues to minimise delays.
