Site Manager Location: Lakenheath, SuffolkSalary: £60,000 £65,000 + car allowance + benefitsDeveloper: National PLC HousebuilderThe Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading national PLC housebuilder on a major residential development in Lakenheath, Suffolk.The development will comprise approximately 350 traditional-build homes, ranging from 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially aware Site Manager to play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential scheme for an established and highly regarded housebuilder.The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring that homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating all site activities throughout the traditional build process. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company procedures and statutory requirements. Driving build programmes and ensuring plots are delivered in line with agreed construction schedules. Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to maintain productivity and workmanship standards. Maintaining rigorous quality control throughout all stages of construction.
