Site Manager

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded groundworks and civil engineering business to assist them in hiring a Site Manager for their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering a range of projects across the West of Scotland. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to quality, they are looking for an experienced professional who can lead site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme and budget
* Managing subcontractors, trades, and site personnel effectively
* Ensuring all health & safety regulations and company policies are adhered to at all times
* Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain clear communication
* Monitoring quality control and ensuring work meets required standards and specifications
* Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven experience in a Site Manager role within the construction industry
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* A solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
