Construction Site Manager (Heating Pump)

Job Title: Site Manager (Temporary)
Location: Near Glasgow
Rate: £280 per day

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading renewable energy specialist for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of retrofit heating projects across the Glasgow area.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth coordination between multiple teams including drilling, mechanical, and fit-out.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing on-site health & safety in line with CDM 2015 regulations and company procedures
• Coordinating daily activities across all trades on site
• Leading site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Reviewing RAMS, method statements, and construction phase plans
• Monitoring project progress and managing critical path activities
• Liaising with resident teams to minimise disruption during works

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within retrofit or residential projects
• Experience working in occupied properties (M&E and groundwork knowledge desirable)
• SMSTS (essential)
• Level 6 NVQ / City & Guilds in Construction Site Management or equivalent (preferred)
