Site Manager

Site Manager We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major civil engineering and infrastructure project, overseeing construction activities including roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks and associated infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site activities and site teams. Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. Oversee roads, drainage, utilities, excavations, earthworks, pipelines and civils. Ensure RAMS, permits, inspections and quality requirements are followed. Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, client and subcontractors. Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to the required standards. Requirements Previous Site Management experience on roads, drainage, utilities, water, wastewater or major civil engineering projects. SMSTS and relevant CSCS card. Strong understanding of health and safety, RAMS and CDM. Experience managing subcontractors and complex construction activities. Good understanding of highways, drainage and utility installation.
