Site ManagerLocation: Bury St EdmundsStart Date: 5th OctoberDuration: Ongoing - 6 months+Rate: 250 per daySite Manager - Interiors Subcontractor - Large Industrial Project - Bury St EdmundsI''m working with a family-run interiors subcontractor based in the East Midlands who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a large industrial project in Bury St Edmunds.Working for the interiors subcontractor with the Principal Contractor as the client, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of their package on site, managing subcontractors and coordinating works to ensure everything is delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard.You''ll report into a visiting Project Manager, so this is a good opportunity for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the site and managing their own day-to-day workload.The Role:Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the interiors packageManaging subcontractors and coordinating trades on siteWorking closely with the Principal Contractor and wider site teamEnsuring works are delivered to programme and specificationMonitoring quality and managing any issues or snaggingCoordinating deliveries, materials and site logisticsMaintaining health and safety and site standardsProviding regular updates to the visiting Project ManagerAttending site meetings and coordinating with the PC where requiredKeeping site records and ensuring relevant paperwork is maintainedKey Requirements:Previous experience as ..... full job details .....
