Site Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Blackpool, with an immediate start available. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong water and civils background. The role will involve 12-hour shifts, and candidates must be comfortable working weekends. Site Manager Responsibilities: Toolbox talks Client liaison Stakeholder liaison Health and safety compliance Ordering materials Managing day-to-day site operations Supervising subcontractors and site teams Overseeing works on the water treatment site Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation Overseeing quality control, inspections and site records Reporting progress to the Project Manager Site Manager Requirements: Black or Gold CSCS SMSTS Previous experience managing water treatment or water infrastructure projects Strong civil engineering background Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Comfortable working 12-hour shifts Must be flexible to work weekends Good understanding of health and safety and quality requirements IT literate Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
