Site Manager – CAT A Office Fit-Out
Location: Leeds
Duration: 8–10 Weeks
Start Date: 10/08/2026

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A office fit-out project in Leeds.

This is a contract position with an anticipated duration of 8–10 weeks, offering the opportunity to lead a fast-paced commercial refurbishment project from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Monitor programme progress and resolve any site issues.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records.
• Liaise with the project team, client, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure all work meets the required specification.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects, ideally CAT A office refurbishments.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal and Asbestos Awareness certificates.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme and maintain high quality standards.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
