Site Manager Location: Huddersfield Permanent Role Salary: Up to 55,000 + 3500 Car AllowanceAbout the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Huddersfield team. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmThis role is part of a large social housing project, scope of works includes: Internal and external refurbishment to two six-storey blocks of flats. Fire door replacement and fire stopping works. Installation of sprinkler systems (flats and communal areas). Bathroom replacements and electrical works. New boiler installations. Low-level brickwork cleaning. External wall insulation, new windows and doors. Solar PV installation for new electrical boilers. Flat roof replacement. Duties and Responsibilities Lead, assess, and take responsibility for electrical works in kitchen and bathroom maintenance/refurbishment programmes. Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety policies and work with HandS Managers/Advisors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Health and Safety records. Enforce Environmental and Waste Management policies. Ensure all staff, sub-contractors, and visitors are inducted appropriately. Comply with Customer Satisfaction policies and procedures. Ensure staff adhere to specifications and policies. Implement all site procedures and controls effectively. Motivate, support, and manage site staff, providing training, coaching, and appraisals.
