Job Role: Site Manager (Mechanical & Electrcial)
Location: Leeds/West Yorkshire
Salary: -300/-350 a day
Site Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) required to oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-rise residential project in Leeds.-Ensuring the scheme-is-completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.-
Required to manage all aspects of the mechanical and electrical components of the project, including HVAC, fire protection, lighting, and other systems.-This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and other relevant technologies.

Management Skills:
Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects from start to finish.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and other challenges that may arise during the project.

Commercial Awareness:
Understanding of project costs, budgets, and financial management-
