SITE MANAGER - LISTED BUILDING HOTEL REFURBISHMENT Location: Marylebone, Central LondonSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus package THE COMPANY An established Tier 2 main contractor delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across the education, prime residential and commercial sectors. Its portfolio includes schools, colleges, high-end residential properties and complex commercial schemes throughout London and the surrounding areas. THE OPPORTUNITY An experienced Site Manager is required to take full day-to-day responsibility for a technically demanding hotel refurbishment in central London. This is a number-one Site Manager position. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the entire project rather than a single package or section of the works. The role would particularly suit someone from a Tier 2 or similarly agile main contractor who is comfortable working independently, making decisions and taking ownership of delivery from the current construction stage through to completion and handover.
