Factory Site Manager

We are recruiting a proactive, hands-on permanent Site Manager on behalf of one of our clients, to take full responsibility for our established manufacturing facility in Medway. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm Overtime available when required The Role As Site Manager, you''ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable day-to-day running of the site. You''ll lead by example, driving performance, developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards of production, quality, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Take full operational responsibility for the site, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations. Lead, motivate, and develop both day and night shift teams to achieve production targets. Oversee production planning, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate maintenance activities to maximise uptime and minimise downtime. Manage stock levels, customer orders, and site administration. Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
